  1. Client starts calling you.
  2. You will receive a notification in Daktela.

Outgoing Call

Outgoing call flow between Daktela, the software phone and the customer

  1. Start a call in Daktela.

Starting an outgoing call in Daktela 2. You will receive a call in Software phone. Accept it.
