System notifications
System notifications are sent to the Daktela Mobile app as push notifications. You can also view them inside the app by clicking on the notification bell.

Unread notifications are bold.
Tap a notification to open the ticket or article. This will mark the notification as read.
You can mark all your notifications as read using the tick in the top right corner of the screen.
In the standard desktop version of Daktela, every user can customise notifications for various triggers in My Profile.
Realtime notifications
Some important notifications are classified as “Realtime,” meaning they will light up your mobile phone screen with a standard ringtone.

Inbound calls (realtime)
Inbound chats: realtime or push determined to the user's settings (push is default)
Missed queue activity (push)
