  1. Client starts calling you.

  2. You will receive a notification in Daktela.

  3. Answer the Call: 
         a. You can't answer the call in Daktela – it will not work with this Software Phone.
         b. Answer the Call in the Software Phone.

  4. Your Activity in Daktela will open.
