Daktela Softphone – End of Support
We would like to inform you that the Daktela Softphone application is no longer supported.
Starting from version 2025.2, we distinguish between two installation types:

Automatic SIP provisioning – this option no longer works and has been fully discontinued.

Manual SIP setup – remains available for download, however, it will no longer receive technical support or updates.
Recommended Alternatives
To ensure optimal performance and full support, we recommend switching to one of the following options:

Daktela Desktop App – our new native application with integrated telephony and enhanced performance.

WebRTC Client – available directly in the Daktela web application.

Daktela Phone Mobile App – available for both Android and iOS.
The Daktela Software Phone is the perfect phone companion for use with Daktela, combining simplicity and functionality to get you up and running in no time.
For Contact Centre use, we recommend the version with automatic SIP provisioning.
Cloud phone users that don't use the Daktela GUI must use the version with manual SIP setup.
