Generic PBX Device Sync

Using this integration, you can synchronise your devices from a third-party PBX into Daktela.

The integration:

• creates Generic PBX Devices in Manage → Devices.

• synchronises their state so you can see which devices are free and busy.

• creates back-office users for each synchronised device and turns them into CC users if needed.
