This module allows your customers to log in to Daktela and display their tickets.
Go to Manage → Users → External users to set up their login details.
Your customers can log in at yourcompany.daktela.com/clients/login using the credentials you set up in this module.
They will not be able to log in at yourcompany.daktela.com.
Create a New External user/Edit External User
Click Add new in the top right corner to create a new External user or click the title of an existing one to edit it. The External user details will open.
Mandatory fields are marked with an exclamation mark.
Fill out the Title.
If you are creating a new External user, the Login name will be filled out at the same time. If you wish, you can change it now. Login name cannot be changed after you save the External user.
Enter an optional Description.
Set up a Password. It must contain at least six characters and a combination of capital letters, numeric and special characters.
Enter the External user's Email if you want them to receive notifications.
Select the CRM Contacts that will be paired with the External user. You can enter multiple contacts. The External user will see the paired contacts' tickets.
Account contacts: Disabled: external user can read other external users with common contacts. Enabled: external user can read other external users with the same account as the paired contacts.
Account tickets: Disabled: external user only sees the paired contacts' tickets. Enabled: external user sees all tickets belonging to the same account as the paired contacts.
Save your External user.
