GPT Integration

GPT Integration offers you the possibility to summarize tickets, contacts, and Accounts. It is also possible to use it for assistance when writing an email or chat conversation.


Ticket Summary

Ticket Summary

Ticket Summary is a function where you click one button to generate an overview of the activities in the ticket and at the same time a list with tasks is generated.

You can open the summary from the list of tickets by clicking the Summarisation button:

or directly in the ticket details.

The Ticket Summary window opens.

The window is divided into two parts. The first shows an overview of ticket activities. The second one displays an overview of the tasks for the given ticket.

  1. Change language. The results will be displayed in the language you have set on your account in Daktela. If you wish to change the language, click on the flag button and select the language you wish.

  2. Copy the summary text.

  3. You can use your thumbs to send us feedback if you are satisfied with the result or not.


Contact or Account Summary

Contact or Account Summary

Contact or Account Summary is a function where you click one button to generate an overview of the activities in the Contact or Account.

You can open the summary directly in the ticket details.

The Ticket Summary window opens. You will see an overview of the latest activities of the Contact or the company.

  1. Change language. The results will be displayed in the language you have set on your account in Daktela. If you wish to change the language, click on the flag button and select the language you wish.

  2. Copy the summary text.

  3. You can use your thumbs to send us feedback if you are satisfied with the result or not.


Chats Summary

Chats Summary

Chat Summary is a function where you click one button to generate an overview of the activities in the chat and at the same time a list with tasks is generated.

You can open the summary from the list of chats by clicking the Summarisation button:

Compose Features

Compose Features

The Compose Features is a tool that makes it easier for you to write texts in the Daktela. With its help, you can edit your text and shape it exactly according to your needs.

Compose features are available in all large text inputs: emails, chats, comments and knowledge base articles.

You can edit the text by clicking on the AI ​​function button.

A drop-down menu with AI functions will open.

When you select any item from the drop-down menu, the Daktela AI window will open, where the result will be generated.

  1. A text area to generate your chosen text.

  2. You can use your thumbs to send us feedback if you are satisfied with the result or not.

  3. Make your text shorter.

  4. Make your text longer.

  5. It preserves the original text and adds an extension to it.

  6. Changes the text to a friendlier wording.

  7. It will change the text to professional wording.

  8. It will translate the text into the language of your choice.

  9. Inserts text below the selected section.

  10. Replaces the selected text.
