Logging into Daktela WFM¶
Overview¶
The Daktela WFM application provides users with two flexible authentication methods tailored to organizational needs. According to the documentation, "The login process for our Daktela WFM application offers users flexibility through two distinct options designed to best meet the individual needs."
Authentication Methods¶
Method 1: Direct Credentials¶
Users can create and maintain independent access credentials consisting of a username and password. This approach offers a straightforward, secure verification process for user identity.
Method 2: Daktela Contact Centre Integration¶
Organizations already utilizing Daktela contact centre can leverage their existing credentials to access WFM. The documentation notes this integration "occurs during system installation and does not require any additional configuration or complex setup from the client."
Key Benefits¶
The dual-login system delivers several advantages:
- Organizational flexibility - Teams select the method matching their specific operational requirements
- Seamless integration - Contact centre users experience smooth credential reuse without extra setup
- Efficient access management - Organizations streamline employee credential administration
- User experience - The system supports "efficient workflow management and providing users with an optimal user experience"
This architecture enables institutions to balance security, convenience, and administrative efficiency when managing employee system access.
