Terms of Service
Daktela provides the User with access to its private network within the VoIP server through this service and, as an additional service, allows Users to connect with networks of other providers. In this service, Daktela guarantees only the functionality of the VoIP server including the setting of user access rights; Daktela does not guarantee data throughput over the internet, nor the actual connection enabled by this service to any telephone numbers and is not responsible for damages and other harms caused thereby. Daktela bears no responsibility for the configuration of the User's network and is not obliged or authorized to perform such network configuration. Unless otherwise agreed, prices for calls to international destinations and possibly other prices valid for a specific service can be found at webcare.daktela.com. If connectivity of a third party is utilised, the User should contact this entity first in case of problems. If a fault on the part of the third party is not proven, the User contacts Daktela, which checks the functionality of the VoIP server and connectivity in its network.
The Provider reserves the right, in the case of SIP Trunk use, to change the User's phone number for legal reasons
The Provider is not responsible for the use of telephone numbers by the User according to geographical areas and the numbering plan. The Provider is not responsible for misuse of telephone numbers by the User or a third party. The user is responsible for the operation of the terminal devices on all assigned numbers and is obliged to keep the login data (especially passwords) for all assigned numbers so that they cannot be misused. The user is responsible for the misuse of access passwords or telephone numbers and for the damage caused by them, as well as full responsibility for any damage caused by an unauthorized or unannounced change of location and violation of the numbering plan. The User is obliged to immediately notify the Provider of the loss, theft, misuse of access passwords and to confirm this fact in writing without undue delay. The provider is entitled to charge a fee for blocking or restoring access by generating new passwords according to the current price list

Licensing for the Daktela SIP Trunk is based on a per single SIP trunk basis.
7.02 Other Party's SIP Trunk
The "Other Party's SIP Trunk" option is available to customers who prefer to use their own voice provider while integrating it with Daktela's services. In such cases, a cost is incurred to cover the additional maintenance and support fees associated with this arrangement, as Daktela does not operate the telecommunication infrastructure directly.
