Holidays Allowed	Allow if an employee on this type of contract is eligible for holidays
Night Shifts Allowed	Allow if this contract involves night shifts

Contract's Detail

The system provides two approaches for establishing working hours based on operational needs. Organizations can implement either a daily maximum or a monthly ceiling, as the multiplier of the number of days and hours worked will always equal the monthly hour limit; therefore, only one of these options can be chosen.

Contract Time Conditions

Condition	Definition
Day Hours Limit	Maximum number of hours an employee can work within a single day
Week Hours Limit	Maximum number of hours an employee can work within a week
Number of Hours per Day	Total hours scheduled in a single day; represents a multiple of working days
Min Continuous Rest per Week	Minimum consecutive hours of rest required within a week
Min Break Hours per Day	Minimum break duration required daily, divisible into smaller breaks
Min Break Hours per Day Splitted	Additional break option that doesn't count toward the daily minimum if duration falls below specified threshold
Break at least After Hours	Break timing requirement measured from shift start or previous break end
Month Hours Limit	Maximum number of hours an employee can work within a month
