Daktela WFM provides two flexible authentication methods to accommodate diverse organizational needs and preferences.

Authentication Options

Option 1: Direct Credentials

Users can establish independent access credentials consisting of a username and password. This approach provides a simple and secure way to verify user identity.

Option 2: Daktela Contact Centre Integration

Organizations already utilizing the Daktela contact centre system can leverage existing access credentials to log into WFM. This integration occurs during system installation and does not require any additional configuration or complex setup from the client, facilitating seamless adoption.
