Setting Description
Active Determines if the request type is currently active and available for employee use
Approve Specifies whether requests are approved automatically or require manual approval

Request's Detail

Field Description
Name A specific name that agents see in the needs selection field and can choose from
Type Three options available: Time Off - a specific category encompassing any type of absence period, whether it's a holiday or a sick day; Available - Indicates an employee's availability status, allowing team leaders to determine if an agent is free to work; Shift - Allows agents to inform team leaders in advance about unavailable periods, preventing scheduling conflicts
Description The request's purpose
Abbreviation A concise, memorable text representing the request type in the technical plan
Colour The abbreviation text's colour
Background The abbreviation background's colour

Applying New Requests

New requests can be created via the Dashboard by:

  1. Clicking the top right corner to create a new request
  2. Selecting the relevant user
  3. Selecting the request type
