Workplace Details

Field	Description
Name	Enter the name of your workplace
Location	Enter the location of your workplace
Type of Generating Shifts	Choose between Evolution Algorithm (automatic scheduling based on predefined conditions) or Recurring (shifts based on a specific employee group rotating in sequence)
Country	Select the country where your workplace is located
Work on Holiday	Allow shifts during holiday periods if applicable
Days	Select working days relevant to the workplace
Working Hours Start	Define when working hours begin
Length	Specify duration of working hours
Range	Enable to set exact end time for working hours

Click the Plus button to create additional working periods.

Further Workplace Specifications

Employees

• Administrators: Assign workplace administrators
• Employees: Select employees for this workplace

Queues

• Queue Selection: Choose relevant Daktela queues for workplace operations

Shifts

• Allowed shifts for manual work: Permitted when employees inform availability informally
• Allowed shifts for EA: Permitted for automatic scheduling based on predefined requirements

Forecast

Configure validation parameters:

• Night hours settings (start time, length, range)
• Break validators (rest per shift/week)
• Contract validators (active status, days, holidays, intervals, night shifts)
• Distance validators (between shifts)
• Employee validators
• Subsidy validators (daily, weekly, monthly limits)
• Vacation validators
