This section enables bulk translation of following modules:
Statuses
Pauses
Macros
Ticket categories
Fields
Call script fields
Tickets/CRM/Call scripts form sections
Once a module is selected, you will be able to translate the module's items, description, and values. The grid will display the languages into which it has already been translated.
After selecting a specific item:

See in what module this item is
Title
See the original title of the item
Description
See the original description of the item
Translation
Title
Add a new row to translate title to other languages
Description
Add a new row to translate description to other languages (if available)
Options
Add a new row to translate pre-defined option for a field (if available)
In addition to bulk translation, you can translate the aforementioned modules directly from the individual module's detail. To do this, navigate to: Manage → Settings → Select a module → Open an item’s detail .
Find an
icon and click on it. Fillout fields as was described above.
