Custom translations¶
This section enables bulk translation of following modules:
- Statuses
- Pauses
- Macros
- Ticket categories
- Fields
- Call script fields
- Tickets/CRM/Call scripts form sections Once a module is selected, you will be able to translate the module's items, description, and values. The grid will display the languages into which it has already been translated. After selecting a specific item:

Note
In addition to bulk translation, you can translate the aforementioned modules directly from the individual module's detail. To do this, navigate to: Manage → Settings → Select a module → Open an item’s detail.
Find an
icon and click on it. Fillout fields as was described above.
