The mobile app currently supports Android version 10 and above. Support for lower versions will continue until the end of the year 2023.

When the Mobile App is closed:
Up to version 6.26.2:
only calls distributed via a queue receive notifications consistently. The call rings on the mobile phone, but it is distributed to the next user according to the distribution strategy. It is marked as rejected by the original user in Linstings, but it can still be accepted by them.
calls routed to a user directly may not always ring and may be market as rejected in Listings.
From version 6.26.3:
