AI Hub¶
AI Hub is a central module that provides an overview of all AI features available in Daktela β what they do, how to activate them, and how they are being used. The module requires no special access and is visible to all users.
Open AI Hub from the main menu.
AI Features¶
The AI Features tab displays all available AI features as cards. Each card shows whether the feature is active or inactive, a brief description, and tags indicating its usability, relevant modules, and target audience.
Filters¶
Above the cards, use the filter badges to narrow down the list by use case:
Automation, Analysis, Transcription, Summarisation, Translation, Assistance, Quality, Conversation Handling
Feature Cards¶
Each card includes a See details button that opens a right panel with additional information about the feature:
- Summary β a short description of what the feature does.
- Key features β a list of the feature's main capabilities.
- Current consumption β basic usage statistics, shown only if the feature is active on your PBX.
- Video guides β links to instructional videos.
- Documentation β a direct link to the feature's documentation article.
- Licensing β the licensing model for the feature and a button to open the Licensing module. If you do not have access to the Licensing module, the button is replaced with the message: "For changes to your license settings, please contact your sales representative at +420 226 211 244."
Usage¶
The Usage tab shows consumption statistics for all active AI features. It is only visible when at least one AI feature is enabled on your PBX, and only to users with access to the Licensing module. When visible, the Usage tab autofocuses when you open AI Hub.
Use the month navigation arrows on each card to browse historical data.
Copilot¶

| Active users | Users who used Copilot at least once in the selected month, out of the total number of users with a Copilot licence. |
| Average use | Total use count divided by the number of licensed users. |
| Breakdown per operator | Top 5 users by usage count. The progress bar maximum is set to the highest individual usage. Click See more to open the right panel with the full list, filterable by user name. |
Power Pack (AI Topics & AI QA)¶

| Tokens consumed | Tokens used in the selected month out of the base package of 80 000 tokens, with percentage consumption. |
| Breakdown per queue | Token usage per queue, split into AI Topics and AI QA tabs. Percentage shows each queue's share of total Power Pack consumption. |
STT (Speech-to-Text)¶

Chatbot, Mailbot, Voicebot¶
