Log in to Daktela

Log in With User Name and Password

Open your web browser and go to your Daktela login page. The format of the URL is "yourcompany .daktela.com" or similar. If you don't know your URL, ask your Supervisor or Team Leader.

Warning

If you enter the password incorrectly 10 times in a row, your account will be permanently locked, and you will need to reset your password.

Log in With Google, Azure AD, Microsoft Active Directory or Generic OAuth 2.0 SSO

Open your web browser and go to your Daktela login page. The format of the URL is "yourcompany .daktela.com" or similar. If you don't know your URL, ask your Supervisor or Team Leader.

Two-Factor Authentication

If your administrator has enabled two-factor authentication (2FA) for your account, you will be prompted for a second verification step after entering your username and password.

Authenticator App — First-Time Setup (Enforced)

If your 2FA is set to Authenticator app – enforced and you have not yet set up an authenticator app, you will be redirected to a setup screen during login:

  1. Install an authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy) on your mobile device.
  2. Scan the QR code displayed on the screen with your authenticator app.
  3. Enter the 6-digit code from the app and click Verify.

You cannot skip this step — access to Daktela is blocked until setup is complete. On subsequent logins, you will go directly to the code entry step.

Authenticator App — Code Entry

If your authenticator app is already set up, enter the current 6-digit code from your app and click Verify.

Email OTP

If your 2FA is set to Email OTP, a one-time code is automatically sent to your authentication email address after you enter your password. Enter the code and click Verify.

  • Codes are valid for 10 minutes.
  • Click Resend code if you did not receive the code or it has expired.

Password change

Did you forget your password or blocked your account? You can change the password from the login page. Just follow the steps listed below.

  • Click Forgotten password? .
