Keyboard Shortcuts¶

Daktela includes keyboard shortcuts that let you navigate the app and perform common actions without reaching for your mouse. Use them to work faster, and open the built-in shortcuts overview any time you need a reminder of what's available.

Press ? from anywhere in the app to open the Keyboard Shortcuts modal. Press ? again to close it.

You can also open it from the Resources panel:

Open the Resources panel (next to State of services and Changelog).
Click Keyboard Shortcuts.

The modal lists every available shortcut grouped into four sections: Actions, Navigation, Layout, and Help. A footer note reminds you that you can press ? to toggle the dialog at any time.

Tip

You don't need to open the modal to use a shortcut — shortcuts work across the app at any time. Open the modal only when you need a quick reference.

On Mac, Cmd replaces Ctrl for all shortcuts below.

Actions¶

`Cmd/Ctrl + Enter`	Send an email or save a comment. Can be disabled in My Profile.

Layout¶

Use these shortcuts while working in a ticket to quickly resize the activities and form panels, or to focus on one of them.

`Shift + ←`	Switch to a 4:8 ticket layout.
`Shift + →`	Switch to a 8:4 ticket layout.
`Shift + ↑`	Switch to a 6:6 ticket layout.
`Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + ←`	Fullscreen the activities panel in the ticket layout.
`Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + →`	Fullscreen the form panel in the ticket layout.
