Settings¶
Click the settings icon (gear icon) in the top-right corner to open the Cloud Phone settings.
Audio¶
Select your preferred audio input (microphone) and audio output (speakers or headset) from the dropdown menus. Use Check to test your microphone level and the play button to test your audio output.
Adjust the Output volume slider to your preference.
Additional Options¶

| Show animations | Enable or disable interface animations. |
| Show unassigned activities in history | When enabled, call history includes activities that are not assigned to any contact. |
Call Forwarding¶
Enter a phone number in the Redirect to number field to enable unconditional call forwarding. All incoming calls will be immediately forwarded to the specified number.
To disable call forwarding, clear the field.
