Presence state

Daktela's system features various state indicators. Users can observe a status dot or icon, providing them with information regarding the availability and activity of other users. Each indicator has a distinct meaning, which is crucial for the effective functioning and coordination of the team.

Visual display	Interpretation
Grey dot	- A Contact Centre user is online and does not have a device. - A Cloud Phone user is offline or his/her device is offline.
Green dot	- A Contact Centre user has an available device and is not on pause. - A Cloud Phone user has an online device only but isn’t logged in.
User is missing in presence	- When a user is unready or offline.
Icon on the phone	- When a user is on a call.
Badge with the name of the pause	- When a user is on this type of pause.
