Telephone on macOS Not Working

I cannot make calls using the Telephone software phone for macOS.

Solution

The most common cause of a disconnected phone is that the phone is not running or is incorrectly configured.

  • Please check if you have the Telephone application running.
  • If so, please check that the configuration was done as described here.
