No Device Online Error¶
User cannot make phone calls.¶
Solution¶
"No device online" means that the PBX cannot see your phone - the device you use to make calls through the PBX. The phone can be software-based (an application running on your computer) or hardware-based (a physical phone on your desk).
- Has calling through Daktela ever worked for you before? If not, please contact your IT administrator or supervisor. If yes, let's go through a few points:
-
If you make calls through an application on your computer, we need to know which operating system you use. Please click on the appropriate link.
- macOS
- If you use a physical phone, it's always worth restarting the phone (unplug it from power for 30 seconds).
-
If the above doesn't help, clearing the cache for the user may help. Please follow these steps:
-
Click on your name or photo in the top right corner.
- Go to the "My Settings" section.
- Here you will find the "Clear temporary data" option.
-
Clicking this button will perform a check and clear the cache.

Info
One common cause of phone connection problems can be a router error. If you encounter such a problem, it may be helpful to try restarting the router.
