ABRA¶
ABRA is a comprehensive Czech ERP and accounting software by ABRA Software a.s., widely used by small and medium-sized businesses for managing accounting, inventory, orders, and customer relationships. The Daktela integration synchronises contacts, companies, and orders from ABRA into the Daktela CRM database. The synchronisation is one-way (ABRA โ Daktela) and runs automatically every 30 minutes.
Warning
This integration is compatible with ABRA Gen only. Other ABRA product lines (e.g. ABRA Flexi) are not supported.
Set up the Daktela Integration¶
Navigate to Integrations in your Daktela¶
As an admin, navigate to https://yourcompany.daktela.com/manage/system/integrations, find the ABRA tile under CRM synchronization, and click Configure.

| CRM Database | Select the Daktela CRM database to synchronise your data into. |
| Type | Select the CRM record type to be used for imported orders. |
| Instance URL | Your ABRA server address, e.g. https://yourcompany.abra.eu/. |
| Username | Login from the account you want to use. |
| Password | Password for the selected login name. |
Click Authorise.
Map Your CRM Fields¶
A list of your Daktela CRM fields will open. Select the ABRA field you want to synchronise with each field in Daktela. You can map fields for contacts, companies, and orders separately.
Click Activate.
