SAP Business One¶
SAP Business One is an ERP solution by SAP designed for small and medium-sized businesses. It covers accounting, inventory, purchasing, sales, and customer relationship management. The Daktela integration synchronises contacts, companies, and orders from SAP Business One into the Daktela CRM database. The synchronisation is one-way (SAP B1 β Daktela) and runs automatically every 30 minutes.
Set up the Daktela Integration¶
Navigate to Integrations in your Daktela¶
As an admin, navigate to https://yourcompany.daktela.com/manage/system/integrations, find the SAP Business One tile under CRM synchronization, and click Configure.
How to get authorization data
- Instance URI β Contact your SAP B1 administrator to get the service URL.
- Username β A combination of 3 parts separated by
/: language code (e.g.cs-CZ), your SAP B1 username, and the company database name in SAP B1. Example:cs-CZ/john.doe/MyCompany. - Password β Your SAP B1 user password with access to the company database.

| Type | Select the CRM record type to be used for imported orders. |
| Instance URI | Your SAP B1 service URL. Contact your SAP B1 administrator if you do not know this address. |
| Username | Your SAP B1 login in the format language/username/company, e.g. cs-CZ/john.doe/MyCompany. |
| Password | Your SAP B1 user password with access to the company database. |
Click Authorise.
Map Your CRM Fields¶
A list of your Daktela CRM fields will open. Select the SAP Business One field you want to synchronise with each field in Daktela. You can map fields for contacts, companies, and orders separately.
Click Activate.
