Working with Daktela Data in External BI Tools
If you want to analyze your Daktela data outside of the built-in reporting and statistics, we offer several options for connecting to business intelligence (BI) tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI. All external reporting is based on Google BigQuery, which acts as a secure and scalable data warehouse between your Daktela instance and your BI tool.

1. Looker Studio Reports Built by Daktela
Daktela sets up the BigQuery connection, prepares the data, and builds custom reports for you in Looker Studio based on your requirements. You don’t need to manage any data or BI tooling — we handle everything for you.

Teams without internal BI resources
2. Build Your Own Looker Studio Reports
Daktela connects your data to Looker Studio, and you create and maintain your own reports. This allows for full flexibility without needing direct access to the raw data in BigQuery.

Clients who want to manage their own dashboards
3. Access BigQuery + Use Any BI Tool
You gain access to your dataset stored in Daktela’s BigQuery environment. From there, you can build reports in Looker Studio or other BI platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or your custom tools. You’ll be able to run queries, create views, and design your own analytics workflows.

Clients who want more control and flexibility
4. Data Sync to Your Own BigQuery Project
If you already manage your own Google Cloud environment, we can sync your Daktela data directly to your BigQuery project. From there, you have full ownership of the data — including how it’s stored, accessed, and visualized.

Clients with technical teams and infrastructure in place
Organizations needing full ownership of their data and compliance workflows
Things to Know
All BI integrations rely on Google BigQuery — direct access to Daktela’s internal database is not possible.
You’ll need at least one Google Account to view data or reports.
Data is updated regularly (typically every 2 hours).
Setup and maintenance of the data connection are handled by Daktela.
We’re happy to offer guidance and training on Daktela’s data structure if needed.
