Licensing¶
Module description¶
In this module, you can add or remove licences yourself. Your changes will happen immediately as there’s no need to contact sales department.

Any changes you make here will affect your montly invoice!

If you don't see the Licencing module, first check yor Accesses. If you can’t see the module there, please, contact sales.
Access to the Licensing module¶
- Go to:Manage→ Users → Accesses
- Open an Access and go to the Managetab
- Scroll down to the Licensingsection

Depending on how you want the user to work in the module:

Tick the Accesscheckbox if you only want the user to view your current licences.
- Tick the Update checkbox if you want the user to be able to add and remove licences.
Manage licenses¶
Adding licences:
- Increase the number in the licence field.
- Your changes will only take effect after you click Save and confirm them in your cart.
Removing licences:
- Before reducing, ensure you have already removed the licence usage from users (e.g. by removing queue logins or removing users).
- Reductions apply to both the current month and the next month.
Note
For billing purposes, you are always charged for the highest number of licences that was set at any point during the current month.
Note
Call recording (supplementary licences): if the retention period is set to 14 days or fewer, the recording will not incur any charges.

Outbound Licence¶
To use the outbound licence, a user has to purchase a voice licence.
Power Pack¶
Activate the Power Pack using the switch at the top of the card.

Set up Usage Limits:

Enter the maximum number of Power Packs you want to spend per service. Once you have used the selected number, the specific service will stop working until the subsequent month.

Set up Power pack features:

Set up Smart routing in your email queues.
- Set up AI Topics in any queue types. For calls, you must also have Speech-to-Text turned on. Set up AI QA in Manage → Settings → QA Forms by allowing the use of a form for AI QA, then select the form in the queue where you want to use it.
Speech-to-Text¶
Activate Speech-to-Text using the switch at the top of the card.

Set up Usage Limits:

Enter the maximum number of minutes you want to spend over the base pack of 5000 minutes. E.g. if you want to spend max 7000, enter 2000. Once you have used the selected number, STT will stop working until the subsequent month.
- Leave empty to use STT without a limit.
- Set up specific STT configuration in your call queues.
Call Recording¶
A Call Recording licence enables a user's calls to be recorded and kept for the duration of the selected retention period.
- Retention period: Minimum 3 months; can be increased in increments of 3 months (e.g. 3, 6, 9 months, 1 year, 1 year and 3 months, …).
- 14 days – Free: Selecting 14 days incurs no charge.
- Pricing: Each 3-month increment counts as one additional licence unit per user. For example, a 9-month retention period multiplies the licence count by 3.
- The retention period is set globally for all users.
Cart¶
Once you have adjusted your licences, click Save. A shopping cart will display the changes you have made. Please check them carefully. After you are satisfied that they are correct, click Save again. You will be able to use your licences immediately.
Licence usage¶
Click the button in the top right corner to open an overview of which agents use which licences. You can check the licence types at the top filter specific types.
