Schedule Documentation¶
Overview¶
The Schedule section enables creation of shift plans and employee requests within the Daktela WFM system.
Basic Settings¶
Top Panel Configuration¶
Workplace: Choose which workplace requires scheduling
Period: Select the target month for scheduling
Width Options: - Day: Single day schedule within the period - Week: Seven-day schedule view - Period: Full month visualization
Creating a Shift Plan¶
- Select "Shifts" from the top-right dropdown menu
- System displays a proposed plan according to selected width parameters
Plan Detail Components¶
Coverage/Demand: Shows predicted agent requirements and actual fulfillment metrics
Skill: Automatically populates based on selected workplace
Adding Employees: Located in bottom-left corner, requires: - Name search - Skill-based filtering - Role-based filtering
Adding Shifts: Click the Plus icon (visible on hover) within blank squares to schedule additional shifts
Additional Views¶
Shift Trades Overview: "Displays the number of agents who have requested to swap shifts among themselves" (can approve or deny requests)
Table View: Tabular shift assignment interface with Plus button functionality for scheduling
Creating Requests¶
Access via: - Top-right dropdown menu → "New Request" - Dashboard interface
Request Fields¶

Upon creation, employee names and requests display on corresponding calendar dates.
