Basic Settings

| Active |
Indicates if the shift is currently active and available for employee use |
| Holiday |
Determines if the shift can be implemented during designated holiday periods |
| On Call |
Disables queue connectivity checks for employees whose work involves queue-based operations |
| Allow Shifts to overlap |
Permits multiple shifts to occur simultaneously for the same employee |
| Specify Days |
Enables selection of specific days applicable to this shift |

Breaks
Break Configuration
Employees can take breaks within specified time windows. The time range indicates availability, not duration—the duration is determined by the selected break type.
