Specifies whether requests are approved automatically or require manual approval |

Categorizes the request into three options: |

• Time Off - Absence periods (holidays, sick days, etc.) |
|
• Available - Indicates individual employee availability for scheduling |
|
• Shift - Advance notice of unavailability during specified periods |

Creating New Requests
New requests are applied via the Dashboard:
- Click the top right corner to create a New Request
- Select the relevant User
- Select the appropriate Request Type
