Request Types


Basic Settings

Top Panel

Setting Description
Active Determines if the request type is currently active and available for employee use
Approve Specifies whether requests are approved automatically or require manual approval

Request's Detail

Field Description
Name The specific name agents see when selecting from needs options
Type Categorizes the request into three options:
Time Off - Absence periods (holidays, sick days, etc.)
Available - Indicates individual employee availability for scheduling
Shift - Advance notice of unavailability during specified periods
Description Documents the request's purpose
Abbreviation Concise technical identifier appearing in planning documents
Colour Text color for the abbreviation display
Background Background color for the abbreviation display

Creating New Requests

New requests are applied via the Dashboard:

  1. Click the top right corner to create a New Request
  2. Select the relevant User
  3. Select the appropriate Request Type
